B. Facebook Data & Permissions

When you connect your Facebook account via "Login with Facebook", we request specific permissions to enable scheduling features:

• public_profile: Used to display your name in the dashboard so you know which account is connected.
• pages_show_list: Used to display a list of Facebook Pages you manage, allowing you to select which ones to connect to ImpactNexa.
• pages_manage_posts: Used to publish the content you create on ImpactNexa to your selected Facebook Page at the scheduled time.
• pages_read_engagement: Used strictly to verify Page details (Name and Profile Picture) to ensure the correct page is connected.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Authenticate your access to the dashboard.
• Execute your commands to publish content to your social media pages.
• Maintain the technical stability and security of the platform.

We DO NOT use your data for surveillance, tracking, or selling to data brokers.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

ImpactNexa does not sell your personal data. We transfer data only to essential infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting services) and the respective social platforms (Meta/Facebook API) strictly to perform the actions you request (publishing a post).

5. Data Security

We implement advanced technical measures to protect data, including password encryption, SSL secure connections (HTTPS), and secure storage of OAuth Access Tokens.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as you have an active account. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data.

To delete your data, you can disconnect the Facebook Page from the "Settings" menu in our app, or remove the app via your Facebook settings.
