Data Deletion Instructions
According to Facebook Platform rules, we provide instructions on how to delete your data.
Option 1: Remove App via Facebook
If you want to remove the ImpactNexa app connection from your Facebook account, follow these steps:
- Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps that you have linked with your Facebook.
- Search and Click ImpactNexa in the search bar.
- Scroll and click Remove.
- Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities.
Option 2: Request Full Data Deletion
If you want to completely delete your account and all associated data from our servers (including scheduled posts and analytics), please follow these steps:
Method A (In-App):
Login to your account, go to Settings > Manage Workspace and click on the "Delete Workspace" button.
Method B (Email Support):
Send an email to contact@impactnexa.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 48 hours.
